PRENATAL

  • Prenatal Breastfeeding Preparation Session at your home:

  • This visit, at around 36 weeks, lasts around 2 hours

  • Prenatal Online Breastfeeding Preparation Session €75 - The session lasts about 75 minutes and we cover all the same topics as in person

POSTNATAL

  • Postnatal home visits for mum and baby at your home

  • €115 at my home in Cascais

  • €115 Cascais - Oeiras

  • €130 Lisbon

  • €140 Ericeira

  • €140 Caparica

  • The initial visit typically lasts about 2 hours and follow-up visits are between 90-120 min. You will receive notes and a feeding plan post session

  • Postnatal Home visits for twins or multiples €125+ - these visits will take longer, in order to assess all babies thoroughly

  • Postnatal online sessions for mum and baby €85 - These take about 75 min

If finances are tight, please reach out anyway. I never want a mother and baby to go without support - we can always work something out.
