PRENATAL

  • Prenatal Breastfeeding Preparation Session at home:

  • €90 Cascais - Oeiras

  • €100 Lisbon

  • €110 Caparica

  • This visit, at around 36 weeks, lasts around 90-120 minutes

  • Prenatal Online Breastfeeding Preparation Session €65 - The session lasts about 75 minutes and we cover all the same topics as in person, without the manual support for collecting colostrum.

POSTNATAL

  • Postnatal home visits for mum and baby

  • €105 Cascais - Oeiras

  • €115 Lisbon

  • €115 Ericeira

  • €125 Caparica

  • The initial visit typically lasts about 2 hours and follow-up visits are around 90 min. You will receive notes and a feeding plan post session

  • Postnatal Home visits for twins or multiples €125+ - these visits will take longer, in order to assess all babies thoroughly

  • Postnatal online sessions for mum and baby €75 - These take about 75 min

If finances are tight, please reach out anyway. I never want a mother and baby to go without support - we can always work something out.
